Nope didnt do it i did all the steps and it still doesnt appear in the control panel i do have the realtek folder open and none of the exes work either its weird none of them run i feel like they are being blocked by the computer because it doesnt make sense for them not to run i made a snippet of the folder which contains the applications just in case.
