Why wont my apps download zte

I cant download anything it keep saying Can't Download App and I just got this the other day Please help and I was thinking could a factory reset help.. My sister tryed to get on it and with so many bad passwords it reset and it won't download anything I've even tried getting them on the internet and it won't work I've tried downloading every app I could think of but nothing I've tried to reset it again but nothing.
